Customise Your Portfolio

Every Honcho account includes a portfolio—a single page where all your galleries are showcased in one place. Any new gallery you create is added to your portfolio automatically, so it always stays up to date without extra work from you.


Designed to be clean, fast, and mobile-friendly, your portfolio helps you present your work professionally, impress clients, and grow your brand.


Portfolio URL

Your portfolio is hosted on either your Honcho domain or custom domain:


  • Honcho domain: If your Honcho domain is example.thehoncho.app, your portfolio will be available at that URL.
  • Custom domain: If you’ve set up a custom domain like example.com, that will be the URL of your portfolio.

Your portfolio displays a grid of thumbnails, with each thumbnail representing a gallery. If you’ve set a cover photo for a gallery, that image will be used as its thumbnail. Otherwise, the first photo uploaded to the gallery will be used by default.


By default, every new gallery is automatically added to your portfolio. If you’d like to hide a gallery, follow these steps:


  1. Open the gallery.
  2. Tap the More icon and select Settings.

  1. Tap Appearance.

  1. Under Portfolio, turn off Show this gallery on your portfolio.

Once disabled, the gallery will no longer appear in your portfolio.


Disable portfolio

If you don’t want to display a portfolio, you can turn it off from the Portfolio settings page.


Simply disable Publish portfolio. Once disabled, visitors who try to access your portfolio URL will see a 404 page instead.
