Collect Responses With Forms

With our drag-and-drop form builder, you can create forms to collect responses in the online gallery. 

Honcho lets you create multiple forms and select different forms to display in each gallery.

Create form

1. In the mobile app, tap on your profile picture and select Account, then Forms. In the web app, tap on your profile picture and select Settings, then Forms.
2. Tap on Create form.

3. Tap on Add content to add questions to the form, then tap on Save.

When you create your first form, it’s set as the default. Newly created albums will automatically display the default form in their online galleries.

You can also set the default behaviour of your forms—when to display them and whether they are mandatory or optional.

Select form to display in the online gallery

1. In the album page, tap on the More icon and select Settings.

2. Tap on Forms.

3. Under Form, select the form to display in the online gallery.
