Publish Your Photos

With Honcho, you’re always in full control over the photos that can be seen by your clients and guests.

This is done by publishing your photos—only published photos are shown in online galleries. 

Unpublished photos can only be viewed in your dashboard, and are not visible to anyone else.

Set the default status for new photos

1. In the album page, tap on the More icon and select Settings.

2. Tap on Default Status.

3. Set the default status as Published or Unpublished. This status will be applied to all new photos.

Publish individual photos

1. In the photo page, tap on the Publish icon.

Publish multiple photos

1. In the album page, tap on the Select icon.

2. Select the photos to publish.
3. Tap on the Publish icon.
